Terms of use.

These Terms of Use govern your access to ROLI, including its websites, interfaces, market pages, account features and related services. By accessing or using ROLI, you agree to these Terms and the policies incorporated into them. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. Eligibility and authority

You must be at least 18 years old, have the legal capacity to accept these Terms and be permitted to use digital-asset services in your jurisdiction. If you use ROLI for an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization. You may not use ROLI from a jurisdiction where access is prohibited or restricted.

2. Accounts and access

You are responsible for safeguarding your account, device, connected social account and wallet. You must provide accurate information, promptly report suspected unauthorized access and must not share credentials or bypass access controls. ROLI may limit, suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect users, enforce these Terms, comply with law or preserve service integrity.

3. Wallets and blockchain transactions

ROLI does not control your self-custodied wallet or private keys. Wallet actions require your approval, and you are solely responsible for reviewing transaction details before signing. Blockchain transactions may be irreversible once submitted and confirmed. A transaction shown as pending is not final until confirmed by the relevant network.

4. Tokens and market activity

Token names, symbols, images and creator statements are user-provided content and are not endorsed by ROLI. You are responsible for researching tokens and counterparties before acting. You must not use the service for fraud, wash trading, spoofing, market manipulation, deceptive promotion, infringement or any activity that violates applicable law.

5. Fees and third-party services

Network fees, priority fees, trading fees and third-party charges may apply. Estimated fees can differ from the final amount due to network conditions. ROLI may link to wallets, identity providers, block explorers, RPC providers and other independent services. Their terms and privacy practices apply to your use of those services, and ROLI is not responsible for their availability or conduct.

6. Service availability and changes

Features may be added, changed, limited or discontinued. Access may be interrupted by maintenance, network congestion, software faults, security incidents or events outside reasonable control. ROLI does not guarantee continuous availability, execution speed, price accuracy or that displayed liquidity will remain available.

7. Intellectual property

ROLI and its original interface, branding, software and content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Subject to these Terms, you receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, revocable right to use the service. You may not copy, sell, sublicense, reverse engineer or misuse protected materials except where applicable law expressly permits it.

8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

ROLI is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. No information on ROLI is financial, investment, legal or tax advice. To the fullest extent permitted by law, ROLI is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss; loss of profits, data, goodwill or digital assets; or losses caused by user error, wallet compromise, third-party services, smart contracts or blockchain networks. Rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.

9. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold ROLI harmless from claims, losses and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful use of the service, your content, your breach of these Terms or your infringement of another person’s rights.

10. Changes to these Terms

These Terms may be updated to reflect changes to the service, law or security practices. The updated date will appear above. Continued use after an update becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms where permitted by law.

Information we process

ROLI may process account identifiers supplied by a sign-in provider, public wallet addresses, public blockchain activity, device and browser information, IP address, security logs, feature interactions, support communications and content you submit. ROLI does not request or store your wallet seed phrase or private key.

How information is used

Information is used to provide and secure accounts, display public profiles and market activity, prevent abuse, diagnose service issues, improve features, communicate service notices and comply with legal obligations. Browser storage and similar technologies may remember sign-in state, preferences, watchlists and consent choices.

Sharing and retention

Information may be shared with infrastructure, authentication, analytics, security and support providers only as needed to operate the service, or with authorities when legally required. Public wallet activity remains visible on the relevant blockchain independently of ROLI. Records are retained only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, including security, dispute-resolution and legal requirements.

Your choices

You may disconnect a wallet or sign-in provider, clear browser-stored preferences and stop using the service. Depending on your location, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or portability for personal information, subject to identity verification and legal exceptions.

Risk disclosure.

Prices can change rapidly. Liquidity can disappear, quoted prices can differ from execution prices, and transactions can fail or be reordered. Tokens can have undisclosed concentration, malicious code, misleading promotion or no lasting value. Smart contracts, wallets, bridges, RPC services and blockchain networks may contain vulnerabilities or become unavailable. Regulatory and tax treatment may change and may differ by jurisdiction. Never trade with funds you cannot afford to lose.

Content policy.

You may not publish or distribute content that is unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, threatening, hateful, sexually exploitative, invasive of privacy or infringing; impersonate another person or organization; falsely claim guaranteed returns or official endorsement; coordinate manipulation; expose private information; distribute malware; or evade moderation and access controls.

ROLI may remove or restrict content, accounts or token listings that violate this policy or create a material legal, security or safety risk. Reporting tools must be used in good faith. Repeated or severe violations may result in permanent loss of access.
